How hepful the staff was

Good attitude of hotel employees, comfortable rooms

This was the first time we had used the hotel. Helpfull staff, clean and tidy rooms, fantastic breakfast. 30 seconds to the tram station.

Excellent reception lady! Very helpfull and friendly. offered us a drink because we were booked in a room with double bed. Close to Herrenhauser Garten.

OK for an overnight stay when visiting the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen (where the Castle/Schloss is to be rebuilt)

Reception unmanned when we arrived (Sunday early evening) and overnight. Access would have been impossible without a mobile phone and knowledge of German. When we called, the person answering gave instructions difficult to understand but involving use of a passcode to open a numbered slot adjacent to the front door where we found the card to open the front door and room electronically.

Wi-Fi in my room. Huge room and bathroom. Hairdryer. Staff very friendly. Big breakfast. Silent room.

A little too far from the city center. A little green chemical stain on the sheet of my bed.

It is easy to find, a welcoming, friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. Unusually, which was very usefull, a small cooking area (with bar) were you can prepare simple meals using your own food, a Netto supermaket is also located on the ground floor which is handy too, it doesn't effect the Hotel at all, infact the secure carpark is shared with the hotel. The tram and bus stops are only metre's away, the huge gardens and sea world are 10 minutes walk, city centre is 20/30mins walk if your up for it. I liked it.

Our room was extremely clean and staff was very kind.

It did not have air conditioning.

To ask for a room what normally 60€ cost now 339 € is a little to much . I now there is a tread and also hotels want to take a part off the cake but 5.5 x times ????? And when you say there is Internet in you room then it must work for this amout of money .

Die Nähe zur Stadtbahn und den Herrenhäuser Gärten war gut

Zimmer wurde an einem Tag nicht gereinigt, kein Handtuchwechsel.Lage oberhalb eines Supermarktes: Ausschlafen nicht möglich. Um 07.00 Uhr ist die Nacht vorbei.

Wir waren jetzt das 4. Jahr für eine übernachtung mit mehreren Personen hier und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, alles sauber, der Umgang mit der Selbstbedienung an der Hotelbar ist unkompliziert und das Frühstück ist absolut ok. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder.

der Mitarbeiter an der Reception war sehr zuvorkommend und gab über örtliche Gegebenheiten - auch mit Hilfe eines PC - bereitwillig und kompetent Auskunft.

da über dem Netto-Markt wurde es ab 7.oo Uhr sehr laut, Paletten und Anlieferungen mit Gabelstaplern verursachten erheblichen Lärm, anfangs war das Bett zu weich, wurde aber nach Anfrage Matratze ausgetauscht, war dann o.k.
